Booking terms

Payment

Payment is taken in full at booking. Individual masterclasses cost £65 each. The bundle costs £110 and includes both masterclasses and one 15 minute focused career conversation with Denise.

Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of booking by emailing denise@amanbergroup.com. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

After this period, refunds are not normally available for cancellation or non-attendance, except where required by law. Please email Denise if you cannot attend. A transfer to another person or a future session may be possible, subject to availability.

Bookings close to the session date

If you book a service that will begin within your 14 day cancellation period, we will obtain your express request for it to begin during that period and explain how this affects your cancellation rights. Acceptance of these booking terms alone does not waive those rights.

Changes or cancellation by Denise

If Denise cancels or reschedules a masterclass, you may choose a refund for the affected session or a place on the new date.

For bundle bookings, you may cancel the whole bundle for a full refund if none of its services have been delivered. If part of the bundle has already been delivered, a fair proportionate refund will be offered for the affected service.

Joining instructions

Joining instructions will be emailed before each masterclass. Please check your spam folder and contact denise@amanbergroup.com if they have not arrived 24 hours before the session. For bookings made within 24 hours of the session, please contact Denise promptly if instructions have not arrived.

Career conversation

Bundle customers will receive separate instructions by email for arranging their 15 minute focused career conversation.

Purpose of the sessions

The masterclasses and career conversation provide career education and guidance. They do not guarantee employment, promotion, sponsorship or any particular career outcome.

Your rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
